Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Items received are physically damaged (e.g., tears, rips, or manufacturing defects).

  • There is a mistake in the design print (e.g., misalignment, incorrect print, or missing graphics).

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Dissatisfaction with fabric color or design preferences

  • Change of mind

Please make sure to review sizing and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

Reporting a Damaged or Defective Item

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

  2. Email us at [email protected] with:

    • Your order number

    • A clear description of the issue

    • Photographic evidence of the damage or defect

Requests made after the 7-day window may not be eligible for a return or exchange.

Additional Notes

  • Approved returns will be issued either a replacement item or store credit.

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy criteria.
